Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 services.

Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday) are aimed to be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CNC TOOLPATH is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs processes, weather events, strikes, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Free UK delivery may apply on qualifying orders as advertised on the website.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. CNC TOOLPATH cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and ownership of goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
